Ally Health is being created as the ‘last mile’ service for healthcare. The start up team are creating their first MVP at rapid speed. They required UX design and assistance for UX flows and prototypes for user testing. As well as working with a brand team to inject some early branding into the product.

/ WHAT WE DID
A mix of service design and UX, we created a high level flow of the 3 main characters: Health care assistant (driver), Health care professional (doctor) and the Patient. After studying each in detail both from UX, business and technical points of view, we created wireframes and high level prototypes to test with the HCAs. Finally creating a higher fidelity prototype with a touch of branding for the team to continue progressing.
