Ambie helps 2,000+ hospitality businesses take control of their background music, creating brand consistency and positive guest experiences which drive sales.
Ambie asked me to explore a new brand direction for the website and content across social. We also went through a process of defining a new user experience through user interviews, user journeys/flows and wireframes. From our design exploration we defined a new UI design system weaving the 3D branding elements we had created.

/ CHALLENGES
How do we create an experience that feels engaging and fresh, communicates ambles service clearly and directs customers easily to the information they need, ultimately to request a demo.
For video content, how do we create and direct a series of engaging interviews with customers that highlights the features of Ambie’s service and how the customer has benefited in their words.




/ SOLUTION
Following on from UX/UI design, I directed three separate video content shoots with their partners - Sea containers building, Mildreds and Browns Hotel. An interview style video designed to promote Ambie's service and share insights into the product.
/ RESULT
Increased website traffic and exposure to new clients. In a period during Covid this positive result was greatly received.
